We have compiled a statement of purpose which sets out our aims and objectives including resident's rights and our recognition of the resident's privacy, dignity, independence, security, civil rights, choice and fulfillment.We are committed to maintaining and improving the quality of our service and we give priority to a number of areas relating to the operation of the home, health and personal care, daily life, social activities, and the environment.
Our aim is to provide a relaxed, informal caring environment with the emphasis on individual needs. We try to maintain and enhance quality of life, acknowledging the difficulties that have to be faced that are associated with Dementia and related illnesses.
The decision to place a relative in a care home is very difficult and stressful for everyone. Please come and visit us at Cleveland Lodge to see what we are able to offer, and to discuss any concerns.

If you would like your relative to come and live at Cleveland Lodge please contact James or Brenda who will arrange to visit your relative at home or in hospital to do an assessment of the care required.
When your relative joins us at Cleveland Lodge we ask for details of their social history to enable us to plan the best care for them. Our aim is to make their transition and subsequent stay with us as happy and problem free as possible. All our staff are approachable and our senior carers will discuss any worries with you at any time.
We operate a non smoking policy throughout the building and grounds of Cleveland Lodge.
